Early Check-in is based on Subject to Availability
If Early Check-in is required then Pre Registration and Payment are required.
Guests are required to confirm their identity by showing Valid Government issued ID Proof. 50 % Advance required to complete the advance booking Rest 50% to be paid at the point of check-in.
Valid Registration details are required for check-in for e.g. Name, address, Contact details & Signature.
Late check-out will be Subject to availability on Guest request.
Half day charges of Room Rack Rate would be applicable to the guest billing in case of late check-out.
Outside visitors are not allowed, Prior information is required for the same.
GST as applicable will be charged extra.
Cancellation Policy:
Resort is not responsible for any weather conditions, Personal Emergencies or any other changes.
For Cancellations/ amendments made up to 7 days before the check-in date, Guests will receive a full refund.
For Cancellations/ amendments, within 4 days of Check-in Date or No-shows will be charged the full booking cost.
In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge will be levied.
