Boating Policy

Boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Life jackets and other safety equipment are provided and must be worn at all times while on the boat.
Guests must follow all boating rules and regulations, including those related to speed, navigation, and safety.
If safety and Instructions are not followed by the guest then He/She is responsible for any injuries or damages that they may sustain during the same.

Bicycles are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Helmets and other safety equipment are provided and must be worn at all times while cycling.
Guests must follow all cycling rules and regulations, including those related to speed, navigation, and safety.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the bicycle or equipment.
During cycling guest is responsible for any injuries or damages that He/She may sustain during the same.

The swimming pool is open from 9AM to 6PM.
Guests must follow all pool rules and regulations, including those related to safety, hygiene, and noise levels.
Proper swimwear is required at all times.
Towels are provided for guest use.
Food and beverage are allowed in designated areas only.
Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The pool may be closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, or other reasons.
No running, diving or Horseplay allowed
No glass containers or breakable object allowed in the pool area.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the pool area.
