For the comfort and convenience of all guests, avoid noise pollution, loud music between the hours of 10pm to 7am.
We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbours and to not congregate in public areas where the noise will disturb others.
Don’t dispose of any food trash in the resort, we have designated trash bins for proper waste disposal.
Do refrain from harming Flora & Fauna life during your stay.
Due to hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed within the resort.
It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the Resort.
It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device within the room.
Guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the Resort.
In Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided.
Resort reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons after 24 Hours, if the sign is displayed longer than 24 hours.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Resort.
Smoking is not allowed within the room.
Pool Parties are not permitted at any time.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Using photographs and videos taken in the Resort for commercial or public purposes without prior consent from the Management team is illegal.Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
Avoid keeping windows & Doors open during the stay as there is a chance of entering insect attract to Lights of your room. Please do not panic if you see any such insects within or outside the room, inform us & Kindly consider as being a Nature Resort, these unwanted guests cannot be avoided.
Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from all time.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.
Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
